Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Plain-language summary of how Larko actually works. It describes the system as built, not a template.

1. Accepting these terms

By using larko.ai you agree to these terms. If you are using Larko for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Larko is

Larko reads a public App Store or Google Play listing and reports on it: character and byte counts against each store's limits, a weighted score across six dimensions, and metadata terms that the stores' published policies prohibit. Two optional features use AI to write an analysis and generate draft metadata.

3. No account, no charge, for now

The checker is free and unlimited and requires no account. The AI features are limited to a few uses per day per visitor because they cost us money to run. There is currently nothing to buy and no billing relationship. If that changes, prices and terms will be published before anything is charged.

4. What we do not promise

This is the most important clause here, so it is in plain words. Larko cannot guarantee that your app will not be rejected. Our rejection checks catch what Apple's App Review Guidelines and Google Play's metadata policy explicitly name — character limits, banned terms, emoji in Play titles, rival platforms in Apple metadata. They cannot predict a reviewer's judgement. Equally, no ASO tool has access to real search volume; neither store publishes it. Any popularity figure anywhere in this category is modelled, ours included, and we label it as such. Decisions about your listing remain yours.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to overwhelm the service, scrape it in bulk, use it to break the law, or use it to build a competing dataset by automated extraction. We rate-limit and may block traffic that does. The stores we read from have their own terms; you are responsible for your own compliance with them.

6. Listings and generated text

Listings belong to their developers, not to us and not to you by virtue of checking them. Metadata that Larko generates for you is yours to use, edit or discard — but you are responsible for what you publish, including whether it is accurate and whether it complies with each store's rules. Generated text is a draft, not legal or commercial advice.

7. Our intellectual property

The Larko name, the site, its design and its code belong to DriveCode. Reports Larko produces are yours to use and share. Reproducing the service itself is not permitted without our written consent.

8. Availability

Larko is provided as-is. It depends on Apple's and Google's public endpoints, which change without notice and occasionally break our reader. When that happens we say we could not read the listing rather than showing you a score built on a bad parse. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of a free service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, DriveCode is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Larko, including lost revenue, lost rankings or a rejected release. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending use

You can stop using Larko at any time; with no account there is nothing to close. We may block access that breaches these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kyiv. If any clause is unenforceable the rest continue to apply.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and announced on the site.
