Larko (operated by DriveCode, referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform at larko.ai, our web application at app.larko.ai, our messenger integrations, and our iOS and Android mobile applications (collectively, the 'Service'). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information: (a) Account Data — email address, full name, company name, and role when you register; (b) Workforce Data — time tracking records, shift schedules, payroll calculations, order assignments, and client records you create through the Service; (c) Usage Data — pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser version, IP address, and referring URLs; (d) Communication Data — support requests, feedback submissions, and waitlist registrations; (e) Cookies and Analytics — data collected through cookies, Google Analytics, and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; calculate payroll and generate financial reports; send transactional notifications (shift reminders, order updates); provide customer support; send product updates and feature announcements (you can opt out at any time); analyze usage patterns to improve performance and user experience; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting, EU region); Vercel (web hosting and CDN); Google Analytics and Firebase (anonymized usage and crash analytics); Apple and Google (for push notifications and in-app purchases); integrated messenger platforms (for account linkage — only basic profile identifiers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Workforce data (time records, payroll history) is retained for the duration required by applicable labor and tax laws (typically 3-7 years). You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Ukraine, you have the following rights under GDPR: the right to access your personal data; the right to correct inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability (export your data in a machine-readable format); the right to withdraw consent at any time. 7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings section in the web application (app.larko.ai). Account deletion permanently removes your profile, preferences, and associated personal data. Workforce data that has been shared with your employer or team administrator may be retained by them in accordance with their own data retention policies. For Google Play compliance, account deletion is also available via our web portal without requiring app installation.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@larko.ai.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, regular security audits, and automated backups with encrypted storage. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we continuously monitor and improve our security practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. For significant changes, we will also notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
